Jim Walton is a native of Middle Tennessee being in this area for over 55 years. His wife of 33 years, Debbie, and he reside in Mount Juliet. Debbie attended Mc Gavock High School and has been with the Wilson County School System for over 15 years, currently as bookkeeper. Jim attended Donelson High School and The University of Tennessee Knoxville  (yes his blood runs orange). Jim has been the director of the Nashville Air Show in Smyrna from 1996 to 2001 being on the board from 1994 to 1996. He served on the board of directors of the Donelson-Hermitage Rotary Club from 1991 to 1994 and president of the club in 1994 , being named civic organization of the year and president again in 2005. They are members of Hermitage United Methodist Church where he is the sound technician. Jim enjoys being a Philatelist and enjoys restoring Vintage cars and woodworking. One of their best friends is their miniature Schnauzer "Ralph".

Jim was raised in the family grocery business. His father, Lee, taught the value of hard work and working with people. Later, he became manager of one of the Food Town stores in Hermitage. He was general Manager of a local distributor handling floral and gift supplies into chain store supermarkets in a four state area. He bought the distributor in 1989 and ran the business until 1996 when they took the group to being Independent Sales Representatives. During this time they also developed the home delivery system for Kroger. Jim and Debbie were early pioneers of computer Bulletin Board Systems called "SOS", which was the largest online service in Nashville during its peak and a forerunner of the Internet boom. The service evolved into an Internet Service Provider.

He currently holds a Real Estate Brokers license, memberships in The National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, MLS member, is an E-Pro and holds the Nationally Accredited Buyers Representative designation while being the technical support person at the Keller Williams office in Mt Juliet.

They have two daughters. Beth, 26, which lives in Boise working for the Forestry Service. She attended Tennessee Tech and was on the Dean's list every semester.  Rachel, 24, is a senior at MTSU majoring in Education and has also been on the Dean's list each semester. Jim's mother, Mary, resides in Old Hickory.

Janice Becker obtained her Real Estate License in 1997 and has since received her Epro Certification. Janice has lived in Middle Tennessee her entire Life.  She and her family have resided in Mt. Juliet for the last 25 years. Before Real Estate Janice  worked in the Technology Industry and has received several certifications in this field.  She also holds a Life and Medical Insurance License. Passion for outstanding service has carried forward to Janice's Real Estate career where she strives to deliver superior service to her clients, both buyers and sellers.
